"Mathis was here just for half a season, but he proved himself as solid central defender. Allianssi conceded only 7 goals in first 11 games of this season, before the Belgians took over the team. Our defence was best in the league and improved a lot from last year thanks to him. He is quite strong in the air, and potential thread in attacking corners. Pace and technique may not be his best abilities. At 24 he has over 100 league matches under his belt and he used to be U21 regular. Before Allianssi, Lindström played 4 seasons in Inter Turku scoring 8 goals. His native language is Swedish, so settling in should not be a problem.

Allianssi supporters can`t understand why he is loaned away, when our team is already in disasterous condition right now."
